Time this research will take.....
The study will only take several hours and cannot exceed a total of 5 hours of your time.
I forsee two interviews of about one hour each. There could be a third or even fourth interview if you wanted and had a lot to say! We might have an email exchange.
One of the things I ask is that study particpants - young teachers - read two articles before we meet. The total number of pages is 15 and it is an easy read. Maybe that will take half an hour total.
There is a short demographic survey which will take about 5-10 minutes.

The process has begun! Emails have been sent to solicit and recruit potential particpants. Who remembers the phrase, "Build it and they will come?"
Wanted - metro Denver teachers!
Criteria to particpate in the study:
- under age 28 (born 1982 or after)
- teach reading/writing/math/science
- teach students in grades 3-10
- completed one year of teaching minumum
